Shipping Options and Policies
Most orders are processed and shipped the same day we receive them
and we offer lots of fast shipping options for your inflatable order!
In the USA:
- FedEx First Overnight: Your order will be delivered* on the 1st business day by 8:30am after you place your order (for orders placed on Monday thru Friday before 2:00 pm e.s.t.). FedEx First Overnight orders placed after 2:00 pm e.s.t. on Friday thru Sunday will be delivered* on the following Tuesday. FedEx First Overnight delivery is unavailable on Saturday, Sunday and major holidays
- FedEx Priority Overnight: Your order will be delivered* on the 1st business day by 11:00am after you place your order (for orders placed on Monday thru Friday before 2:00 pm e.s.t.). FedEx Priority Overnight orders placed after 2:00 pm e.s.t. on Friday thru Sunday will be delivered* on the following Tuesday. FedEx Priority Overnight delivery is unavailable on Saturday, Sunday and major holidays
- FedEx Standard Overnight: Your order will be delivered* on the 1st business day by 3:00pm after you place your order (for orders placed on Monday thru Friday before 2:00 pm e.s.t.). FedEx Standard Overnight orders placed after 2:00 pm e.s.t. on Friday thru Sunday will be delivered* on the following Tuesday. FedEx Standard Overnight delivery is unavailable on Saturday, Sunday and major holidays
- FedEx 2Day: Your order will be delivered* on the 2nd business day after you place your order (for orders placed on Monday thru Friday before 2:00 pm e.s.t.). FedEx 2Day orders placed after 2:00 pm e.s.t. on Friday thru Sunday will be delivered* on the following Wednesday. FedEx 2Day delivery is unavailable on Saturday, Sunday and major holidays.
- FedEx Express Saver: Your order will be delivered* on the 3rd business day after you place your order (for orders placed on Monday thru Friday before 2:00 pm e.s.t.). FedEx Express Saver orders placed after 2:00 pm e.s.t. on Friday thru Sunday will be delivered* on the following Thursday. FedEx Express Saver delivery is unavailable on Saturday, Sunday and major holidays.
- Standard Shipping: Delivery via standard shipping typically takes 5 to 7 business days. Some deliveries may be faster and some may be slower depending upon the circumstances and location of your delivery. This shipping option is very cost efficient.
- Alaska and Hawaii: Orders sent to Alaska, Hawaii and any U.S. Territory will be shipped via FedEx Express.
International:- All international orders are shipped via FedEx International. The shipping time for this service is 1 to 2 weeks. Please note: any import duties or taxes charged on your shipment are your responsibility to pay to the appropriate authority. No international shipments are time guaranteed due to possible customs activities.
